TAV-SEIDCO Joint Venture signed a contract with the Directorate of Iranian Schools in the UAE to build and maintain the Tohid School facilities on November 2004. Work on the three-storey structure began in November of 2004 and was completed on January 2007
The scope of the project included structural, civil, and finishing works, as well as mechanical, engineering and plumbing (MEP) specifications and drawings. The total built-up area was 28,000 m2.
The engineer in the lump sum turn key contract was Farayand Architectural Engineering Consultancy
